Daily Blog: Going to the gym, work, and getting my COVID vaccine!

Bowmar pre work out

I was up at 4:15 to take my pre work out and head to the gym! I walked at an incline for 15 minutes, did some leg exercises, and walked for 15 more minutes. I liked walking a little at the end- I didn’t feel as stiff throughout the day! I did the following leg exercises:

  • 10×4 Leg press machine
  • 10×4 Split bulgarian squats with bench
  • 10×4 Hip thrusts with 30lbs
  • 10×4 RDLs with 30lbs

I mixed up my greens and collagen in a small blender bottle to have while I was getting ready. The greens mix super easy, but the collagen needs the little blender ball to mix it up well.

This nail polish came in my FabFitFun box, and I am excited to see if it helps my nails! Years of on and off getting my nails done have really worn them down. I was using a cheaper version, so we’ll see how it compares to this one!

Once I got to work around 7:30, I had my protein balls, raspberries, and vitamins. Our manager bought us all greek food for lunch, and it was DELICIOUS!

After lunch, I got my COVID vaccine! I am so thankful, and I pray that this is the beginning of the end of this crazy time. Also, this shot barely hurt, and I have had zero side effects so far for anyone wondering 🙂 I know it’s early, but that’s still a good sign in my book! I get my second vaccine in 3 weeks.

After my shot, I came home and worked a little longer. Then we ended the night with a Friends marathon, and we had chips and dip and moscow mules.

HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! I pray that you feel loved and thankful no matter what your Christmas looks like this year.
