Walking on the treadmill

My leg work out, monthly newsletter, and talking with family!

I was up at 4:45 yesterday to take my pre work out and go to the gym. I have been taking this for a few weeks, and I love that I don’t feel jittery but it still does the trick when I’m working out. Big fan!!

This guy did not want to get out of bed this morning. He is a whole MOOD.

At the gym, I walked at a 10 incline for 30 minutes followed by the following leg exercises:

  • 4×10 RDLs with 30lbs
  • 4×10 Hip thrusts with 30lbs
  • 4×10 Bulgarian split squats
  • 4×10 Hip adductions with 70lbs
  • 4×10 Hip abductions with 70lbs

I made my greens and collagen when I got home before I took Chance on a walk and got ready for work.

Once I got to work, I ate some turkey slices, blueberries, and cheese slices while reading my daily devotional. I am seriously LOVING this devotional, and I highly recommend it. It is super easy to read and follow along, and the questions after each reading really help understand how the verses apply to every day life. Plus all the verses are typed out so it’s ok if you don’t have your bible with you. I’ve linked it here!

I ate a verb bar mid morning and then had a beef stick, siete chips, cheese slices, and grape tomatoes for lunch. It was another good day at work, and I love feeling like I got a lot of things done.

I didn’t take pictures of anything else last night because I called my mom to catch up and we talked for over 3 hours! It was so nice to talk to her about anything and everything. We talk through text on and off all day, but it’s not the same as an actual conversation. I love my mama. Just a friendly reminder to reach out to your friends and family- it’ll be good for both of you! Kyle made a Hello Fresh meal for dinner, and I went to bed shortly after getting off the phone with my mom!

    I got your newsletter in my email and it looks great! I love the way you have it formatted. I would much rather call and talk than text because I don’t like breaks in conversation or having to wait for an answer. I have been walking or doing my exercise bike while i watch vlogs lately!

    I did NOT get your newsletter. I thought I signed up for it? 🤷‍♀️
    With COVID and the social distancing guidelines I prefer talking on the phone but some people I only ever text so I continue to text with those folks and then I talk on the phone with those that I feel comfortable talking with.
    I am loving spinning and walking workouts! 😍
