Work outfit while walking

New devotional, trying new products, and a day at work!

I was up at 5 to take my pre work out and head to the gym. I walked on the treadmill at a 10 incline for 20 minutes followed by an arm work out. I have been writing out my work outs the night before I go to the gym so I go in with a plan and don’t have to think about it.

Once I got home, Chance and I went for a 1 mile walk. I am LOVING how early the sun rises.

I ordered this new devotional by Candace Cameron Bure (DJ from Full House!!) from QVC, and I am loving this one so far! It comes in a set of three. They are filled with so much goodness while being applicable in every day life. I made sure to drink my greens before I headed out too. I know I say this a lot, but they help me SO MUCH!

I packed most of the same foods today. Verb bar, blueberries, beef stick, cheese, Siete chips, and grape tomatoes. I also had iced coffee from home in the morning and a green tea AHA in the afternoon! I hit my step goal today for the first time all week. I have to remember to get up and move when I’m working at home. For some reason, it’s easier for me to get my steps in when I’m actually at work which surprises me. I’ll just have to be more intentional when I’m at home. 🙂

We had a new recipe from Hello Fresh for dinner, and it is one of our new favorites! I’m a big tilapia fan. They had us add ginger to the rice, and it was so good. I never would have thought of that!

I started doing “tap to clean” photos on my Instagram story because I love seeing other people’s. Plus cleaning is one of my favorite things to do! Be sure to follow me if you haven’t already @miriamleighgreen 🙂

Before settling down to make my to do list for tomorrow and read, I tried a few new things. I found this nail polish that is supposed to make your nails stronger (it was a cheap version- I’m sure there are nicer ones out there!). I’m giving my nails a break after having them done for so long, and they need all the help they can get. I also ordered this new eyelash serum to try. I’ve been using it every night for a few weeks, and I honestly think I already see a difference! I’ve also started putting Aquaphor on my lashes at night after I apply the serum just as some added help. I’ve always had super short lashes, and I thought about getting eyelash extensions. When I researched it, I saw a lot of girls complaining about the maintenance and about how once they had them taken off, their lashes were wrecked. That turned me off to the idea even though they’re so pretty!
