Hey everybody! I went to the grocery on Monday and thought I would post a little grocery haul. I hope this helps you the next time you’re making a grocery list!
*Some links may be for affiliate programs to help me begin to earn money with my blog. All thoughts are still 100% my own, and the link does not charge you anything extra for using it. I will only ever share products that I have tried and loved.
Fruits and Veggies

I get all of my produce from Aldi. You can’t beat the prices, it’s always fresh and delicious, and I can pretty much find anything produce wise there.
Fruit:
- Strawberries
- Fresh and Frozen Blueberries
- Kiwi
- Unsweetened Applesauce
- Cantaloupe
Vegetables:
- Asparagus
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Spring Mix Salad and Spinach
- Whole and Mini Bell Peppers
- Spaghetti Squash
I like to go ahead and cut up all of the produce so that it is ready when I have to cook or get a snack! I wash, dry, and cut everything and store it in my Pyrex containers. The link for them on Amazon is here! I make sure everything completely dries, especially the berries, before storing it. It keeps my fruit fresher and mold free much longer! I also mix up the salad and spinach and store it in a large Pyrex bowl- I have found that it stays fresh so much longer than when I leave it in the bag. I can’t find the 4 quart bowl I use for the salad, but I will post it when it restocks! I have spent money on cheaper, plastic tupperware, but the Pyrex containers are truly worth it. They are safer, actually keep foods fresh, and are honestly just plain pretty 🙂
Meat

Also all from Aldi! I have heard people say they don’t like the meat and seafood selection at Aldi, but I have had zero problems. It always tastes great, cooks well, and they almost always have a wide variety.
- Ground Beef
- Chicken Breast
- Steak
- Eggs
I don’t prep any of our meat beforehand. We will use all of this within a week so it stays fresh until it’s time to cook!
Snacks and everything else

Aldi:
- Never Any! Chicken Breast
- Honey
- Parmesan Crisps
- Chia Seeds
- Potatoes
Kroger:
- Barbecue and White Cheddar Hippeas
- Matcha Powder
- Unsweetened Oatmilk
- Vans Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Waffles
- Tessamae’s Green Goddess Dressing
- Litehouse Parmesan Caesar Salad Dressing
- Kava Stress Relief tea
We try to eat most meals at home so this covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This haul is pretty close to everything we buy every week- obviously there are a few things we eat or cook with that I already had so it’s not pictured. I already had olive oil, garlic salt, milk, spaghetti sauce, coffee (Coffee Over Cardio– use code: 10MiriamLeigh for 10% off all orders!), hummus, carrots, granola, etc.
I hope this is helpful and you see something you want to try!

I really like Siete Sea Salt & Chipotle BBQ chips. I also love to try new veggie burgers, turkey burgers, and turkey meatballs. Do you have access to trader joe’s in Tennessee? If you do … you must get there and check out their frozen foods section. 🙂
Yum!!
The nearest Trader Joe’s is about an hour away, but I will definitely go to stock up on things every month or so!! Especially for frozen foods since they won’t go bad as fast! 🙂
