The Best Breakfast Smoothie

Hey everybody! I write in every recap post that I have the same smoothie every morning so I thought I’d write a post with my smoothie recipe!

Best breakfast smoothie

This smoothie is super easy to make, cheap, and keeps me full until lunch every day! It’s not too sweet so I don’t have a problem drinking it first thing in the morning. I’m a nurse so I’m always on my feet, and this gives me the energy I need to work at my best all morning long.

The recipe is super simple.

1 Chopped Frozen Banana

I Cup Unsweetened Almondmilk

I Cup Unsweetened Cold Black Coffee

I Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

1 Spoonful Chia Seeds

1 Spoonful Coconut Oil

1 Handful Ice Cubes

Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and mix until they are blended!

The above are the brands I use, but feel free to use whatever your favorites are! I hope you try it and love it as much as I do. 🙂
